Payment - Delivery - Returns - Faulty Goods



Payment:


Payment can be made by any major Credit Card or debit card. Payment will be debited to from your account prior to dispatch.


Please note that Switch / Solo Debit cards are not accepted if you choose credit card payment option. Switch / Solo debit cards are supported in paypal only so you should choose paypal payment option to pay using Switch / Solo / Maestro debit cards.


Once you get to Paypal choose the option that says - dont have a paypal account, pay by credit card.

Cheque / Postal Order - If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order just email us with what you would like to order and then we will send you an invoice for the total amount.


Make cheques / postal orders payable to - Chicki and post to the address below.

You can also ring us with your order and pay with the above methods.

Delivery:


UK Orders:

UK mainland deliveries from £1.95 - £4.95. Please allow upto 2-10 working days for delivery.


European Orders:

From £1.95. Please allow upto 4-10 working days for delivery.


International Orders:

From £2.95. Delivery will usually take upto 28 days.

All of our parcels are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Delivery times quoted are not guaranteed.



Missing / delayed items


UK

Items are deemed to be lost after 15 days. We cannot refund or replace items until the 15th day after the expected delivery date.


International

Items are deemed to be lost after 28 days. We cannot refund or replace items until the 28th day after the expected delivery date.


We are not responsible for any customs / duty charges. This is the customers sole responsibility.



Returns:


If for any reason you would like to return your item(s) you will have 7 days in which to do so. Please send all items back in perfect condition including all tags and packaging and unused.


You will need to include your name, address, phone number and email plus your order date /number (if known) and payment method (credit card, cheque or postal order).Please also add why you are returning the item.


Refunds/exchanges will not be issued for goods not received or lost in transit (use recorded mail and obtain a proof of posting).


Refunds will be credited to your account 1-3 working days within recieving the returned item. Please allow up to 10 days for the funds to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or creditor not us.



Faulty Goods:


If items in your order are damaged on arrival, we offer a refund or replacement. You must notify us of damaged goods on arrival and within 7 days of delivery.


Damaged goods should be returned within 7 days of notification.


If for any reason a replacement is not available a full refund will be offered.


Refunds/exchanges will not be issued for goods not received or lost in transit (use recorded mail and obtain a proof of posting)


Return postage cost is non-refundable.


Faulty items will be fully refunded including original postage cost. If several items were bought postage cost will be non-refundable.


Exchanged items will be sent free of charge.


Please allow 2-3 working days for us to process your refund.


If payment was made by cheque or postal order we will refund by cheque
