Cheque / Postal Order - If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order just email us with what you would like to order and then we will send you an invoice for the total amount.

£2.95 is charged on orders under £25.
Please allow 3-10 working days for your items to be delivered.

All of our parcels are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Delivery times quoted are not guaranteed.
Missing / delayed items
Items are deemed to be lost after 15 days. We cannot refund or replace items until the 15th day after the expected delivery date.

We are not responsible for any customs / duty charges. This is the customers sole responsibility.
If for any reason you would like to return your item(s) you will have 7 days in which to do so. Please send all items back in perfect condition including all tags and packaging and unused.
You will need to include your name, address, phone number and email plus your order date /number (if known) and payment method (credit card, cheque or postal order).Please also add why you are returning the item.
Refunds/exchanges will not be issued for goods not received or lost in transit (use recorded mail and obtain a proof of posting).
Refunds will be credited to your account 2-3 working days within recieving the returned item. Please allow up to 14 days for the funds to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or creditor not us.
If items in your order are damaged on arrival, we offer a refund or replacement. You must notify us of damaged goods on arrival and within14 days of delivery.
Damaged goods should be returned within 14 days of notification.
If for any reason a replacement is not available a full refund will be offered.

Return postage cost is non-refundable.
Faulty items will be fully refunded including original postage cost. If several items were bought postage cost will be non-refundable.

1) I can't get products to stay in the shopping basket / I can't log into my account
A. Open Internet Explorer 8 click on "Safety" > "Delete Browsing History"
B. Untick "Preserve Favourites" website data.
C. Tick "Temporary Internet Files"," Cookies" and "History"
D. Click "Delete"
